High Precision CNC Machining
High precision Lathe Turning & Milling Services is a core competency of Mec-tor. We have the capacity to produce complex, precise and high quality parts as well as small & large production runs.

CNC Lathe Turning
Our CNC lathe turning of 2 Axes is capable of machining up to 11” in diameter, 19" in length and spinning at up to 4000 rpm. -
CNC Vertical Machining Center
Our CNC maximum milling capacity is X30”, Y20” and Z20” and the maximum speed is 12000 rpm and works up to 3 axes.
Conventional Machining
We can handle challenging projects by combining CNC machining and conventional machining processes when needed. Our qualified team has vast expertise in conventional machining operations such as turning, milling and drilling.

Conventional Lathe Turning
Our conventional lathe turning equipment is capable of machining up to 17” in diameter, 80" in length and spinning at up to 2000 rpm. -
Conventional Vertical Milling
Our conventional maximum milling capacity is X24”, Y16” and Z16” and the maximum speed is 3000 rpm.
Rapid Prototyping – Custom Parts Manufacturing
MEC-TOR uses a variety of tools and technologies for complete machining of turned parts for serial and single-unit production. We have expertise in the machining of the following materials: alloy steel, stainless steel, mild steel, aluminum, copper and plastics.
